What we collect
Only what you write in the demo request form:
- your name and the name of your venue
- your city and country
- your email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number
- the type of venue, number of covers and your current website
- the topics you are interested in and your message
- the language of the form, the IP address and the time of sending
Why
Your request is used to get back to you, to prepare a demo built around your venue and to put together a proposal. Nothing else: no profiling, no reselling, no passing your details to third parties for commercial purposes.
The IP address and timestamp are used only to limit automated submissions. They stay attached to the request and are not used for anything else.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, together with the pre-contractual steps that follow your request.
Who else has access
Two technical providers are involved, each for a single task:
- Hostinger — hosting the site and the file where your request is recorded
- Resend — delivering the two emails the form triggers: our internal notification and your acknowledgement
Transfers outside the European Union
Email delivery may involve processing outside the European Union by our sending provider. That transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and it concerns only the content of the message sent.
How long
If we start working together, your data is kept for the duration of the engagement and then for the statutory retention period applying to commercial records.
If your request does not lead anywhere, it is deleted at the latest three years after our last exchange. You can ask for deletion before that, at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies, neither for analytics nor for advertising. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no social media buttons.
Fonts are served from our own server: your visit triggers no request to any third party. That is why you see no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
At any time you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of processing, or portability, and you can object to its use. You can also withdraw your consent: this does not affect processing already carried out.
One address for all of it: contact@restohub.cloud. We answer within one month at the latest.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be) or with the authority in your country of residence.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The keys used by the sending service are never published, and the file that records requests cannot be reached from the web.
